・Visitors are strictly prohibited from entering the cottage.

Maintenance & Cleaning
Please be aware that we periodically enter cottages to carry out maintenance works and replenishing goods.
We provide mid stay house cleaning for guests who are staying over 10 nights.
Additional towels, linen change, house cleaning are available at an extra charge.
Towel set:￥2,000 for all guests (bath towels and face towels +1 bath mat included).
Linen change:￥1,000/bed.
House cleaning:￥25,000 (subject to availability).
Non-Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property. ¥75,000(US$700) will be charged in case of breach.
Cooking inside the property
Please cook under the ventilation fan in the kitchen.
Housewares
All housewares including dishes and slippers are strictly limited to indoor use only. Damage to indoor properties will be charged upon discovery (staining fabric products such as beds and sofas included).
Litters
Niseko town is promoting 100% separation / recycle eco-system. Please ensure all litters to be separated as instructed.
Check-in/out
Check-In is available between 15:00PM~21:00PM.
Guests are required to check-out by 10:00AM.

Niseko has wide variety of activities, nearby facilities and instructors.
Please feel free to contact house manager for furthe rinformation.
Public transportation
Public transportation service such as bus, taxis, trains are available. Rental car service office is located in Hirafu.

Guests who cannot respect the house rules will be asked to move out of the property.
Pets
Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the cottage.
Winter
Room heating
Heat panels are fully adjustable by twisting the adjustment knob located at the bottom right of the module.
Falling snow from rooftops
Falling snow and ice from rooftops can potentially cause fatal injuries and damages. Please stay away from areas where you see "falling ice and snow" signs. We will not take any responsibility for any damage caused.
Frozen keyholes
Keyholes may freeze depending on the temperature. Never pour hot water and please call house manager.
Snow clearing
Snow clearing vehicles will enter the perimeter every morning.
Please park your vehicles as instructed by the house manager.
Summer
BBQ rules & manners
Safety
BBQ under windy condition may cause injuries and fire disasters. Please refrain from BBQ under poor weather conditions.
BBQ location
Usage of flames are strictly prohibited near the cottage. Walls are made out of highly inflammable insulated materials.
Clearing up
・Never leave with fire unattended.
・Never leave litters outside. Depot station is located west side of the office.
